Vision

The Medical Education Technology domain has undergone a sea of reforms and shift from the traditional classroom teaching practice. There is an increasing need to create a common platform for enriching and updating the knowledge and awareness of Medical Educators’ with newer innovations in medical education technology (MET) for effective implementation of competency based medical education (CBME). Lack of uniformity in implementing the revised curriculum among different medical colleges is also a challenge.

Mission

The Medical Educators’ Society of India (MESI) has been created with the objective of creating such a unique platform for uniting all the medical educators of all the medical colleges to ensure uniformity in MET by way of interaction and sharing views and the best practices in medical education. This forum also aims at synergizing newer innovations with societal needs especially having regards to the expected roles of an Indian Medical Graduate.
